A guide, not an authority
Filiz identifies plants and suggests care with the help of AI. It can be wrong. Never eat, cook or make medicine from a plant because Filiz named it, and don’t rely on it to decide whether a person or animal has been poisoned: call a poison centre, a doctor or a vet.
Fair use
Identifications and health checks run on paid servers. Free uses are limited per day, and even unlimited plans have a daily fair-use limit to keep the service fast for everyone. Don’t try to get around these limits or use Filiz to process anything that isn’t a plant.
Your content
Your plants and photos are yours. You give us permission to process what you send only to produce your answer.
Purchases
Any purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Liability
Filiz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Starbuilt is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app’s answers, or for the health of any plant.
